  1. Which shipping methods do you use?
    • We use UK Royal Mail, for both national and international orders. For more info about the prices click here.
  2. Is it possible to get a refund?
    • No. Because of the nature of our items, we do not refund orders for any reason. Please refer to the T&C’s at this page for more info.
  3. Do I need an account to buy?
    • We strongly advice you to create an account if you think to buy from us, in the way that you can have a history of your orders or manage your details from your Account Panel.
  4. Which data do you collect?
    • Complying with the GDPR and CCPA regulations, we do store some details of our shoppers. Please refer to the Privacy Policy at this page to learn more.
  5. Which currencies do you accept?
    • We accept British Pound paid through all main payment methods. If you are paying with a different currency, your bank will convert the amount and adjust the price for you.   6. My parcel hasn’t arrived yet. What do I do?
    • Parcels can take quite a while to be delivered due to different reasons. Please get in touch with your local postal service to investigate on the location of your parcel. Depending from the carrier, we won’t be able to investigate before 28 working days are passed.
